Hey guys, I have a bit of a question that I'm not sure anybody can exactly answer but opinions would be nice.
I stopped PE atleast 6 months ago when I picked up MMA training as I just didn't seem to have the same motivation to do it. During my time doing PE I went from 6.25" bpel to 7' bpel and had an increase in girth by nearly .25" So this is why I'm starting it up again, looking to reach my goal still of 8x6!
Anyways, I began doing jelqs last week and light stretches for a few minutes. I stopped doing my MMA training two weeks ago due to a strain in the groin. Yesterday I found that this strain in the groin developed into an inguiral hernia and I can feel it sticking out at times right in the area where my sack meets my leg. Disgusting, I know. I am totally comfortable to continue jelqing, light stretches I'd imagine is fine as well. But I wanted to get back to using my extender, think this would cause any problems? Or even perhaps giving hanging another shot?
Any opinions is much appreciated, thanks guys, and good luck growing!

I'm in your boat right now and I wouldn't do anything when the hernia is out of its cavity, which usually means doing all PE laying down. Although in the earlier stages, I am sure you have a little more command over yours.
My gut feeling is to not use the extender. Because it may cause pressure in that area or encourage pinching/ strangling the hernia.

Thanks, yeah I was thinking the same issue could arise with the extender.
Off topic and personal but may I ask how long you have had your hernia and if you are getting surgery to repair it? Also do you really just 'push it up' so to speak...I'm a lil nervous lol.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...-8x6-25-a.html <-- log

Same type of yours and it has been around 10 months now. Definitely do the smart thing and get it fixed ASAP. You have to get surgery, it is not a choice.
Yeah, at first it may just be present as a lump above one side of your penis. In time it will get larger and depending if it is direct/indirect it will actually travel down your canal where your ball/s dropped and a lot will reside on top of one of your testicles all day. It will get to a point where it is out pretty much all day and at night you will have to push it and maneuver it back into you body.
Best of luck to you. I wouldn't wait any longer than a few months to get surgery on it.
