Thread: Hanging or regular routine?

Yes , I have a question. I have been hanging for about 4 months now, seen some gains.
But I see people gaining in length not even through hanging, and they require much less work.
Im just curious what is the actual better outcome? thanks..because hanging is too intense sometimes

yes please i would like to hear from you guys because hanging was supposed to the most effective but..
if the gains are similar to that off doing regular routines like jelqs/stretches i would rather go on with the routine

IMO hanging is far less work. Takes a good set of time, but you have twenty minutes sets where you can kick back and watch a movie or do crap on your computer.

I would advise you to go manually first and when you can not grow more of it, then shift over to the hanging.
You can gain a lot of manual work, but when you have trained that for some years you can shift to hanging and work your penins for another target.
I am doing manual and I have gained good.
I read somewhere that if you start to hang and do it for some years, then it will be harder to gain by manually afterwards. Correct me if I am wrong.
Just my advice, everyone has there opinion.

i gained about half inch via pumping and have decided to make the change to hanging today, its far less work than any ther technique, and as gravik says, im kicking back and using the computer.
man tieing 2 knots is by far the easiest method ive used. even pumping is more work.
