I was JUST doing supraslammers, it's been my 5th consecutive day of doing them, i haven't had any problems before but today, as i just ended my 5th set, i noticed a bunch of red spots scattered all over the back of my penis around the middle, ( looking from above would be the lets say the front, looking from below would be behind it) I know it's normal to have spots on the head but is this something i should be worried about? I feel no discomfort or pain. I did however notice that while doing my ulis and horse 440's my penis was redder than little red riding hood from the point of my grip straight to the head, this was during sets 2-4 i believe or 2-5, i do not remember exactly, i just thought that it was a positive sign to see the blood being trapped in like that.
Again, i ask the question, anything i should be worried about? has this happened before to some people right behind the shaft? This may have happened before as well in the previous days but if it had, then i wouldn't have seen it since i hadn't checked.
Edit: Okay, now my penis has just fallen off, lol, but no all jokes aside, it's been a little over 10 minutes now, and I THINK (THINK) that the spots are slightly vanishing, i'm not sure, it could just be psychological.

i used to get red spots when i pver done the pumping, it vas something do do with the blood vessels being drawn to the surface fo the skin. i suggest resting it or taking it easy untill they go and then next time you train keep an eye on things and try to determine at which point they appear. so you can make a decision as to when you need to stop. you might need some more conditioning before you excersive as much.

Man, how many of these threads are people going to post. Its like every few days someone posts a NEW thread about red spots.
Don't mean to be rude, but I wish the mods of this site enforced "searching" as a requirement before posting.
Those red spots are most likely from rupturing of capillaries. This is very common for many people, it just means a lot of force was used and too much blood was engorging your unit. As you already said, some spots have gotten lighter already. This generally disappears by next morning, if you want to speed it up a bit, you can always do "firegoat rolls" and yes you can search this up as well.Starting: September 22nd 2009

The little red spot are called petechiae and come from burst capillaries and are very common heat and a little time and they resolve. I'm more concerned with the nature of your workout, Supra Slammers, Ulis and Horse 440 are all advanced techniques and should only be added after a few months of conditioning. Now FlyingDutchman I'm not saying that these are not for you, but I'm moving this thread out of the Beginners Forum.The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

I would carefully listen to UE advices and leave the advanced exercises for later. There's no rush and you'll gain more and faster if you exercise safely and don't rush into advanced exercises. Regarding the red spots, UE described them quite well, but for additional information, and though they are not considered as an injury, have a loom at this thread: Penis Injuries
