Thread: need help and routines

i have been doing PE for about a little over a month and havent noticed any gains does anybody have a good routine where i can get gains within months i read about people saying they PE for years they must be like 10 inches then lol but i would like to really increase flaccid length and erect length and just a little girth can any body help me?

Take a look around the beginners section and find a routine of your liking and stick to it. PE isn't some quick fix, gain an inch in a few months thing. It's best to find a routine that isn't too much but gets the job done, and sticking to it until you no longer see gains. Keep in mind though, it may take 2, 3, 4, 5, or more months just to see minimal gains.

There's a poll somewhere on the forum, where people said how long it took them to gain 1". As far as i remember, most people gain 1" between 5-7 months.. So it takes time mate. I'm a beginner too but I'm focused and I'm taking babysteps. And a lot of people who havedone PE for like 1-3 years, have gained around 2-3 inches... So, it takes time.
