thank you pegasus, I think I was overdoing the kegels. I am doing 25 quick with each stretch, then longer kegels while ballooning (I already have too much stamina, so try to shy away from edging per se')
I believe what I was doing wrong was all the sets of kegels I would do sitting at my desk or while driving. I jumped right in off the git go doing very intense hard holds for as long as I could, followed by quick holds. I was also doing reps of reverse kegels.
I also think I was pulling too hard when stretching as the ligs started getting hard and I could feel them thicker.
I was also doing a few bed fowfer that I just don't think I'm conditioned enough yet to do.
I have backed everything way off. My member feels better and shows positive PI's.
