bigopimp, good thought however I did 15minute warmups all throughout my first three months and I didnt gain anything:/ I was following the 90day jp programme right down to the the very last detail but I saw no gains. I continued it for a further 2 months and still saw no gains. no I created my own programme without a warm up and cool downs and I have only be dooing stretching edging and kegels. this is my 4th week of that and I feel so much better, I will be measuring next Thursday so look out for the results if you are interested to see how got onnew stats 4th Sept 2011

Can't say I agree with MBD, several guys on the forums use cooldowns, including myself every now and then.
In fact as far as I'm aware Remek advises against warm downs and suggests if you're going to do anything then cool downs are the way to go.
Iguana recommends them too, search for his 'cooldown - yes you do need it thread', or something to that effect.Foreskins are friends.

Unfortunately, I'm going to stick with what I learned early on in my PE career..........warm ups and warm downs..........not saying that if Remek found empirical evidence to support that using actual cool downs is the way to go doesn't work, but my thinking is just a tad old school at times I guess and I'll stick with that which is familiar and works (for me at least).It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

(Help) ;We all know to get length you have to stretch flaccid but when you warm up. your flaccid gets bigger , so is there really i point to warm up, or should you just jelg first, then stretch second.

interesting exchange of opinions, i figure that when I warm up my pecker gets plump and vieny very quick, whenI warm down the same thing happens. When I get in cold water or a cold shower my peewee goes hermit crab on me. I think that nutrient rich blood in mey soldier is better than it not being in there, just my opinion, woulkd make a great study.

Lol MBD, fair enough, always stick to what works for you.
Cooldowns should be done for maybe 2-3 minutes tops, while holding a stretch, not to the point of turtling. I have to say I do this after length work ie. Stretching. I usually edge after jelqing to warm down, I would say that's getting more 'nutrient rich blood' in there.Foreskins are friends.
