Sorry that I have been gone without a notice. I was actually training for a muay thai tournament and did not even have a minute or concern for PE at all. Now that I am back and done with thai training, I am getting ready to go back into PE.
I started back about 2 days ago and I must say my unit feels much better when I am jelqing or warming down to go take a shower or something.
My question is, can I go back to my old routine where I have left off or should I start off with basic stretching and basic jelqing again like I did when I began PE ?
Same thing with the Kegels, I try to kegel everyday as much as possible. You can't overdo these things ? Is it the more the better for kegels ?

You can over-train on kegels and that can have EQ implications or even result in Premature Ejaculation.
Ease back into PE but you don't have to start over. Watch your PI's closely.Pirate Diplomacy:
