Going to catch up to you man lol. Well conditioned now, ready to jump in to some of the equipment. Just got my bib starter yesterday, got a couple clamps. I have a high LOT so I'm hoping the hanging is going to yield me some good results, did 4 sets of 10 min. with 5 lbs, seemed comfortable enough after playing with the different wraps so i didn't get a pinch. Feel free for any tips on these devices.

LOL!! Thanks but I hardly think I rank as a model here (when I saw my handle as the title of a thread I was like "uh oh - what did I do wrong now?!?) LOL!!
As far as your new routine, since it looks like you're headed down the hanging path, go take a look at Blink's articles and his progress. I think it's safe to say that Blink is the resident hanging expert here and his info and tips are top notch!!

And I've been sitting where I am only because I haven't measured in a long time. I'm very sure I've gained a bit more in girth - I've got no clue on length but I do know I'm over the hump and have gotten a little more. You might just goad me into finally getting in a measurement!

lol, i think i can sense some friendly competition brewing here. Ive got to do some home work on the hanging thing though, I'm up for adoption lol, if some one wants to take me in for some coaching, id like to start this out the right way. This is the plan as of right now, 4 sets of 5 lbs 10-15 min. last set i will probably try btc make sure i get good fatigue. In 2 weeks if all seems good i will bump to 7.5, 2 on 1 off with some ads and ans. Reading Blinks info. guess i should just work on length for now girth later.
