Awhile ago a poster said he gave his cock a few moderate pulls when he finishes urinating
throughout the day. Will this technique actually do anything for a guys progress in the
pursuit of a bigger and healthier cock???

From what you described, sounds like a JAI stetch
JAI Stretch ~ Johan's Active Isolated Stretches - Penis Enlargement Manual
I do them in my warm up and warm down just to kinda loosen up before and after. Never thought to do them every day, or after i urinate but they gennerally work for what i need them for. If you pull light enough, i guess you could do them daily without straining yourself on offdays and such.09

Not JAI stretches guy. Just piss pulls, it involved you just doing a couple of light stretches right after you urinate to have a better flaccid hang(just like HitraN said). As for if it could help you gain, well I doubt it, but you could say it falls into the "never let it turtle" theory of gaining, so maybe a little?

Ive been doing piss pulls since I started around 7mo's ago, honestly cant attribute it to any gains.
But it does help in hanging lower , its a nice confidence boost. Esp. when on a date, when you use the washroom, you come back to your date with a long flaccid, chillin in you pants, will give you some inner confidence which imo always shows.
