i was thinkin of getting a Bathmate. i am about 2 weeks into the 90 day program and i v been doing 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off until recently i am going to do 2 on 1 off and have more rest days to see if itll help heal my cock faster. would the BM be good as a warm up and cool down?? like 8 mins using it twice????
also do people see results within a month?? iv noticed my flaccid size is usually bigger..no erect increases yet.
when can i start hanging???

You have to learn to walk before you can run...
JP's routine is an intense beginner routine and adding to your workout might be counterproductive and not beneficial at all!
Combining manual PE with any other technique such as pumping is advanced and I'd wait until I complete JP 90 days if I were you. BM is said to be a good tool to warm up/down but be careful that it doesn't lead you to overtraining. Watch your PIs+++
Some people see results within a month, some don't. You have a bigger flaccid, and that's already a good result: flaccid gains generally come before erect gains so be patient and stick to it.
Hanging is advanced and should only be considered after at least 3 months of PE (Penis Hanging - How Dangerous is It?)

I'm currently doing JP's 90 day as well and I'm on day 12 of 90, I as well purchased a Bathmate and I've used it 2 times after the routine post warm down, 1st day it worked and everything was fine, took a day off, 2nd day I used it for 15 minutes got out of the tub and felt like I had to faint, not sure if if was from the heat of the bathroom or what but I had to go lay down on the sofa to clear my head. Although I didn't get any injuries the bathmate does have some powerful suction and I'm going to lay off using it from 1on 1off to 1on 2off.

also im no where near the united states right now..(afghanland). so i am never able to do a warm down after i jelq or warm up really for that matter...is that bad?? i havent noticed anything different but i can tell my dick is getting stronger because i can do sessions and the next day it wont be as sore...and my warm up is usually stretching but my dick will start to get hard and then its hard to stretch...any ideas to stay soft for the stretch??
