So what do u guys think about this idea? For example Monday u do some Supra's Slammers and Tuesday is a rest day. But on Wednesday you are not doing slammers again but let's say the Big Al "jelq free " routine and again Thursday is rest day. Do any of u believe that "variety is the spice of life" can be used in PE, too. Have any of u tried this method?

I think that at some point too much variety might hinder your gains. The way I see it, each PE exercise stresses your penis in a certain way, and it's the repeat of this stress that leads to plastic deformation and so penis enlargement. If you keep on changing exercises, the stress will always be different and might not help you gain as much as you would by following a fixed routine for a period of time... I don't mean that you shouldn't try what you described above: this is just a theory... and if you just keep alterning supra-slammers with Big Al jelq-free routine, you might do very well...
