    beside your weird english (haven't you yet learned how to write "penis"????) your "gains" are very modest and nothing to be excited for IMHO...

    I couldn't disagree more, mystic wolf. You clearly haven't been around here long enough to realize that the way Jordanoulis progressively built up his routine and slowly developed a healthier and bigger penis is excellent.

    From what mystic wolf posted I can also see that he is a newbie.

    I have read stories of ppl that never gainned anything even with 6 months PE....
    So I am very happy to have developed a new size to my penis and I sure know that I will gain some more(because i am still in the beggining)....and as I posted with just 1 more cm I am more than OK.

    I think that this is a forum that is made to help with infos and engourage attitude the PE members .... so a behaviour like mystic wolf shouldn t be appropriate in here....but hey this is just my opinion. But can you imagine if a new in PE member hadn t read so much about PE like I have? This post of him may descourage the new member and this would be bad for his development. becayse like in Body Building positive attitude is a big factor in gainning muscle.

    i am glad that I have read a lot about PE and this post can t hurt me... i am just consern about other newbies.....and by "newbies I also mean the ppl that are just thinking to start PE

    ps. In my point of view every cm of gain (or i should probably said better "every mm of gain") Is a hard and respeactfull earned gain that mother nature didn t give you.
    So adding length and girth to the penis is like altering your DNA!

    I have been doing PE for six months and my 1st econ break starts just today so I think I have a bit of experience , also I always read about the PE issue and when I was 18 I made some PE but left quickly due to a kind of injury (but I think it was only scaring).. well I m not just a newbie and I think good newbie gains are 4 cm in few months not 4 mm that are almost unnoticeable...

    Lol, I say ignore wolf and I admire how light you started and slowly intensify your work, congratulations on your gains and I know you will make awesome progress cause it seems you know what you're doing and I also like that you're not thinking of using extenders or hanging, only yer hands like me =d, keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to your progress, best of luck man

    I have already ingnored mystic worf...loL. I read some of his posts and most of them were kind of How much a penis should be in order to fuck an ass ...hahahha..he is just a little kid.
    There is nothing to admire my friend about the How light I started and slowly intensify my work,because I am a pro fitness trainner and the same principals are applyed in my profession.And this is also why I am a succesfull natural Body Builder.
    Today morning when I woke up and I had a morning wood(I almost all days have one) I touched my penis and it was thinker than ever ...

    I have one more question:
    I have read some things about the weight hanging. They say that the hanger should NOT do a lot of rest days because the penis will be stronger and not longer and that if this happens they hanger must use more weights in order to keep gainning.
    My question is.... why this principal is NOT same with PE with hands??? Or is it the same????

    Now Iam getting into my 3d month and I am starting doing 3 on and 1 off !!!! Sirious trainnings...hahhaha

    one more question :
    I am thinking when I will reach the streches and the jelQ of 20 mins each NOT to add more time but only more intensity... is this OK or not? should I also keep adding time???? For exaple 30 mins of streches and 30 mins of Jelq isn t a lot????

    I was just wondering if with PE we must do a mini training (like 10 mins streches and 10 mins JelQ) on the rest days.... like the hangers do in order for the penis not to gain strength.
    can i have an answer on that?
