i do the usual warm up then i stretch my penis down under butt cheeks left down and right...then helicopter then i do just straight down left down and down right helicopter then straight out out left and out right helicopter then left up straight up right up helicopter then i do a Bathmate session for 20 minutes is this an ok workout?
