Thread: Flacid gains- HELP!
- 05-03-2011 #1
I am pushing 50 yrs and have been into PE for the past 8 months. Started out with a very low eq with the following measurements: 5-1/4" length- 4-1/2" girth
At the end of three months, my eq had substantially increased: 6 1/4" length- 5" girth
Presently, 8 months later on a high eq day, I can measure up to: 6-1/2" in length
I know that I have experienced gains. However, due to low eq levels, especially in the beginning, I did not get an accurate measurement and doubt seriously that I have gained the 1-1/4". In reality, I think that perhaps 1/2" gain is probably more of an accurate estimate. Although, I have not measured my girth lately, my unit does feel thicker.
The major problem I have is the lack of flacid size. I do see a small increase in flacid. However, the gains have been slight. It would sure be a boost to my ego in the bedroom and the gym to have a larger flacid.
Currently, I am using my X4 for 3 plus hours Monday - Friday. I have also been hanging from 3 to 5 pounds for two 15 minute sets M-F, with some manual exercises, all while at work, in my private office. On Saturdays, I do the JP 90 and complete a regular set of kegels and reverse kegels.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The best way to increase flaccid size is to get a semi-erection (in privacy; while taking a piss for example), and then let it go away. Your flaccid will be bigger for a while. And what seems to be working for me is wearing boxer shorts so everything has room to dangle around. Also, if you overwork your unit, your flaccid becomes smaller.

The combo of extending daily and jelq'ing between extender usage has increased my flaccid hang more than anything else I have tried in PE so far! To me, using an extender, manual PE, and hanging might result in less gains than if you were to stick to two. In my opinion, if you spread you workout over 3 types of penis enlargement you dont get the full benefit of any of them because, in order not to over exert the penis, you have to spend less time or exert less pressure on each. I'm thinking if you just hung and did manual PE, or did Manual PE and used an extender, that gains all around might increase slightly. Just my two centsAnd the journey begins...

I encourage you to hang, if you haven't got a Bib hanger, get one, then week by week move up in weight. I have been hanging since November 2010 and at one point was up to 25lbs, but have moved back to 20lbs. I started at just over 6" flaccid and I think (no claims yet, but maybe soon) I may have broken the 7" barrier. There is nothing like hanging and I have been at PE for more than 35 years, mostly pumping.

Thanks for the great suggestions. Yeah, I kinda figured that I was incorporating too many differnet exercises into my daily routine. This probably explains why I've had difficulties squeezing in all those reps on any given day. I am going to take your advise and incorporate manual exercise with either extending or hanging.
Between the hanging and extending, for me, the stretch from hanging is much more significant than compared to the stretch from extending. So, I can see how flaccid gains can be more from hanging versus extending. I cannot imagine what it must feel like hanging with 20 to 25 lbs. I think you may have set some world record, (very impressive). I've been hanging, using a Captain's wrench, for the past three months and have finally jumped from 3.5lbs. to 5lbs. The stretch is incredible. I can only imagine the stretch with 20 plus lbs. Maybe the Bib hanger would be a good investment, as I have some slippage issues with the Captain's wrench.
I would imagine that the Bib hanger is more comfortible than the Captain's wrech.
How many reps do you do and for how long? Do you start out with 20lbs., or do you work up to it? By the way, what weight did you start out with it and how long did you stick with a certain poundage before increasing the weight. Looks like I may have to make another trip to the sporing goods store for some more weights?

I think manual stretching, along with long edging sessions helped me increase my flaccid hang and girth--along with time. It took me about two years, as I recall, but my flaccid length doubled during that time. My flaccid girth also has reached the size of my erect girth.
Two great "non-invasive" ways to increase your flaccid are fowfers while sleeping and lazy ass streches while awake. I did an 8 hour fowfer last night while asleep and awoke this a.m. with a 7" x 7" flaccid. Don't sweat it. It WILL happen, with time.Going411by7 (I was a grower; now I'm a shower).

Thanks for the advise. So, when you are talking about manual stretches, what is your routine and for how long. I remember reading one of your post whereby you edged for 1 hour. What is your secret. I am assuming that lazy ass stretches are sitting on your unit?
