JP's beginner routine says to stretch for 5 min, can i, and will it boost gains if i stretch for 10 mins instead of 5? and add some other strecthes than just basic ones unless unnecessary.
oh and 1 more thing, when stretching can i just let my foreskin go over the glans? or should i keep it retracted? i feel better with foreskin not retracted but is there any change whether it's retarcted or not when it comes to stretching?
