  • Stretching for long periods of time

    JP's beginner routine says to stretch for 5 min, can i, and will it boost gains if i stretch for 10 mins instead of 5? and add some other strecthes than just basic ones unless unnecessary.

    oh and 1 more thing, when stretching can i just let my foreskin go over the glans? or should i keep it retracted? i feel better with foreskin not retracted but is there any change whether it's retarcted or not when it comes to stretching?

    When starting you should make sure not do to too much(which is why 5 minutes it chosen), because your penis isn't conditioned for longer sessions(most likely). As for the foreskin, you will have to ask our members with intact foreskin ooor do a search(since this has been asked several times.

      im do 10x 1min stretch cause im gripping the head. is that to much?
