10 minute warm up
3x30second stretches in each of the following directions:
Up to left
Up to right
Down to left
Down to right
BTC to left
BTC to right
300 jelqs for first two weeks then 600 after that.
kegel routine: 100 quick 1s squeezes, 50 5s holds with 2s releases, 1 hold for a minute or until failure.
Testicle health: Massage balls for 5 minutes. Then, grab balls and scrotum with one hand and penis by the glans with the other. Pull balls down penis up 50x (only short pulls maybe 1s), then balls up penis down 50x.
