I use a combination of stuff:
Vaseline: Lasts the whole session and helps get a smooth glide
Bio-Oil: Just a few drops. Really good for the skin, makes the vaseline a bit more slippery, and has some vasodilators
Palmers Cocoa Butter with Vitamin E: Makes the vaseline a bit more slippery, and really good for the skin.Starting (january 05, 2011):
BPEL: ~5.5?" X 4.25"?
BPEL: 6.5"X 4.5"

I mix Bio Oil (the CVS version) and baby oil gel. I like the smell and feel of the Bio Oil but I want more body to it.Pirate Diplomacy:

Yes you'll find that most of us have our favorites, here is a link to an article about lubrication, which contains a lot of helpful information. Personal Lubricants: The Best and Worst Lubricants to Use for PE
I stay away from hand lotions as most of them exfoliate skin, while softening the skin by helping to remove dead skin it also thins the skin and for many people is an irritant to sensitive skin, (like penis skin).
I use Bio Oil for moisturizing and make my own EVO, that I have tweaked a little for jelqing. Essential Vein Oil: EVO Instead of the olive oil I now use half coconut oil and half avocado oil. Works and smells great and oh, so good for the skin. The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Doesn't Bio Oil contain Lavender which is potentially bad for the Penis?
What Oils are considered Vasodilators?

In EVO it's Lavender, Rosemary, Clary Sage and Lemon grass, Rosemary being the best of the bunch.
I've never heard that Lavender Essential Oil was bad for the penis. All Essential oils are powerful and should be used with care.

The best lube is petroleum jelly if you can get past the cleanup process. For PE if you do it in the shower like me that is not a problem. Doesn't dry, you have great visibility, good for the skin, and cheap to buy.

what is better bio oil or evo ?
Are these oil considered Vasodilators too : Almond oil, Coco Butter Oil/Gel and Coconut Oil?

jelqing, I find that the Bio Oil isn't quite thick enough for my needs. As I mentioned before, I've changed my EVO to so that it is Coconut and Avocado oil instead of Olive oil, which also felt a little thin.
The others listed have no vasodilatation effect but are good for the skin. The early bird gets the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese.
