If you are going to ask myself or someone else to look at your routine and let you know what they think about it don't get upset when they do not agree with you. I am not going to tell you that your routine is good if I think it is to advanced for you or if I feel it can cause you an injury, that is the last thing I would want to have happen. If you do not like what you are being told then you might want to get a second opinion.
I know you want instant results but you have to remember PE is not instant results; it takes time, effort and most of all patience.
