what is an intermediate jelq routine ?

yes so ive done the jp's begginner routine 90 days
jelqed like the routine is : 50 wet jelqs 30 vjelqs and a total of 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs

so im asking now what type of jelq routine should i start doing what would be an intermediate jelq routine
or should i continue with the 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs

my gains from the begginner routine are very little maybe a few millimeters in length and girth
you think i should still continue with the old routine or change to something more advanced ?
