Try sticking to a routine that suits your needs for a few months and see what happens. Honestly, that just seems like way too many exercises to be able to properly see if they work in that amount of time. You need to give things a while, not just a month or two. I haven't seen any gains in the past month and a half, but I'm not about to change what I'm doing, as that's nowhere near enough time to determine if something is or isn't working.
To me it seems like you're desperately trying everything to get gains, but not giving them the time needed. Could just be that, despite having good PI's, you're just overworking yourself with the vast majority of exercises being thrown at your penis.

Since you've had amazing PI, then like many has suggested, try ramp up the intensity of your workout.
If you are already doing advanced ones, either do them more often or do them for a longer time each workout. The goal is to increase your workload.
Although you've gained nothing in 8 month, I seriously think you are better off than a lot of people. At least you have amazing lasting erection!!
It also means your penis will not be easily over-trained! This is a bless man! I've been always on the over-training side and trust me it's even more frustrating.AP90 member.

true. Alright, I will continue my routine, and add In some v stretches, bundled stretches, and tunica tugs, being that I think my tunica is my limiting factor according to the TGC theory.
so -
30 min. Fowfers
30 min hot warmup
15 minutes jelqing
(uli's every 5 minutes to help with erection percentage)
horse 440's x 5
5 min. jelqing
15 minute hot warm down
v stretch x 3 @ 30 seconds each
tunica tugs x 25
bundled stretch x 3 @ 30 seconds each
Fowfers for 30 minutes before bed.8/01/2010 - BPEL - 6.5 / EG - 5.5
Goal - BPEL - 8 / EG - 6.5

maybe goig to a routine based primarily on stretches may help, you can make a stretch only routine and try it for a couple months. i personally have added a good deal of srethes and have improved my fsl from 6.5/6.6 to 7.0 in about a month and a half. I stretch intensely and it has helped but I cant say that I am a hard gainer yet either, good luck
