Thread: 8 Months - Still no gains?!?

So I've been PE'ing for just over 8 Months now, and have not seen any gains what-so-ever. I've done JP's 90 Day Routine twice now, and have followed through exactly how it says. Been very, very consistent, and in the past 6 months, I have incorporated stretching into my routine as well (Fofwers while in bed, and when I wake up, light manual stretching after jelqing, before stretching, etc. etc.) I've researched so much on hardgainers, and stuck with the basics for the allotted amount of time to give the routines a fair chance. I've switched things up (how many days a week I PE, the intensity level, rest days), and still NO GAINS!!!
I know I'm fairly decent in the girth department (5.625"EG), and have been looking to pack on some length (currently 5.5" NBPEL/6.875 BPEL), and possibly add girth after the fact. I feel like I've tried all there is to try, and am getting nowhere! I'm starting to get discouraged, but refuse to give up! I won't stop until I see some gains, I just need some help figuring out what the problem may be, and getting me going in the right direction. My PI's are off the chart as well. Erections are rock hard, easy to get, easy to keep, I stay pretty swollen after my jelq sessions, and flaccid hangs are decent (although they don't stick, I hang 0.5" longer for about an hour after my workout, then it shrinks back to normal flaccid size).

Also, I noticed when checking my FSL, my penis is not as "gummy" and easy to stretch as some people describe. It feels like I have that thick chord/rope in there, keeping it from stretching out very far. My longest FSL measurement has been 6.6", over the entire period of 8 months.

Well I just started the JP 90 day routine so your post is pretty damn discouraging . I hope some of the vets can help you and give you tips for hard gainers ..
Maybe consider an extender ?Start :

MID Girth : 5.11 in ( 13 cm )
Now:

BPEL : 7.87 in ( 20 cm ) + 2 cm / 0.77 inches
MID Girth : 5.11 in ( 13 cm ) - No Gain

Change your routine and add some more intensive exercises and maybe by an extender or hanger.

Have you been measuring exactly the same every time? How long is it taking you do do the JP90 routine? 10-20 minutes, or more like 40-60 minutes?

ok i bet people will recommend you this and that and i hope it'll help but i want to ask something very important
is it possible to PE and gain nothing? from what i've read not everyone gains, is there a reason for that or the main cause of this is that not everyone gains through PE?

never heard of anyone that bodybuilds and can't gain muscle mass, even without protein shakes/high protein dosage you can build muscle, less, sometimes much less, but still gain

More details please. Seriously, more details. Do you have a progress log?
Please note that you are not the only one who did not gain after an extended period of time. I've seen others posting similar things.
How was your PI during this 8 months? (for instance your erection quality)
Have they been improving? or are you getting negative ones?
I think this is very important.AP90 member.
