hey mate I noticed sometimes my glans doesn't inflate and I think this is related to penis fatigue due to any exercise or routine... My glans are always about and inch less (4.3 in) in circumference than shaft, only during jelqing or when I squeeze the base it is about 5 inches around.Comment
