First of all hi everyone,
So like the title says I've decided to do PE again so I'm back from maintenance. Earlier I've managed to get 8.5 BPEL (8 NBPEL)within only 6 months, but I don't hope same growth this time. I've decided that I want to go more then 8.5. So I've decided to take another newbie routine and I've chosen DLD's routine, but I don't understand some strething part. So there it is:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left - it's like stretching to left only behind left leg?
Behind The Cheeks to the Center - it's like strething your penis to anus?
Behind The Cheeks to the Right - it's like stretching to right only behind right leg?
Straight Down to the Left - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 25 minutes?
Straight Down to the Right - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 35 minutes?
Straight Out to the Left - a simple left?
Straight Out to the Right - a simple right?
Straight Up to the Left - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 5 minutes?
Straight Up to the Right - it's like clock's minutes arrow is showing 55 minutes?

hey I thought I was weird for doing it behing my leg, but I only do it left and right it gives a good stretch. that sounds like a great routine. have you ever tried devices, and if so how was your experience??? how much did it help?

I saw you post these questions at MoS and I was going to contact you, what are your goals? You've apparently had great gains already...
You've basically got them right, they're not too difficult to understand.
The behind the cheeks are behind the cheeks more than the legs though, so it's more upwards than outwards if that makes sense?Foreskins are friends.

aidan784, yes it makes sense. I understand that I was really really lucky with my gains, but now when I was doing only maintenance I felt taht something is missing :/ so I've decided to do it again since it's summer soon, plenty of free time. Also I know 8.5 is big but I think that I can get more.8.5" BPEL (8" NBPEL) x 6" MSEG
