    Hey fellow Pegymers!

    I was trying out a new technique I wondered if anyone noticed any gains.

    You get a 70-80% erection and started to freely swing ur penis to the left and right.. so they penis hits the sides of your legs. Then after about 100 reps you change direction to up and down ( so it would hit the lower abdomen and back of anus) .

    After doing this for about 15 mintues my inner penis seemed like it was more out and hanged lower?

    Anyone else try this?

    Would be interested to hear your thoughts...

    Hmm, if it helps you out go for it, let us know if you get gains!

    It sounds like and exercise like that could easily cause injury though, just because the motions don't sound to controlled, but I'd still be curious.

      It may help loosen things up. Probably won't gain anything from that.

        I do it all the time before and after sessions. No gains will result from it but it keeps things loose.

          Some hangers do something similar to this whilst hanging. Very intense.

            Not sure about gains but will let you know if there is any changes!

            I have to admit it def has loosened up the area at the base of my penis.

              Having been doing this for some time I have noticed my penis does get more engorged. I even made to the PONR as if I was stroking it.

              It feels really good. You can also swing your hips as if you were penerating the air. It has my ligs a bit looser. Plus its FUN!

                I did a manual version of this when I first got started in PE. I only did it up and down because I was scared of bending my penis to the side at the time.

                  Isn't it called the Rattlesnake Wiggle?
                  Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                  Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
                  I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

                    I do it in botg directions. It gets my penis pumped! first about 100 up and dowb and then 100 left to right. really loosens the ligs!

                          Sounds like a good exercise to combined with reverse kegels to relax and loosen your pc/bc muscles.
                          It could be good for the guys on here that suffer from premature ejaculation to help stop unconscious kegels when approaching the PONR.
                          Just a thought.

                            Sounds like a more intense version of the side to side stretch.
