Thread: Need a routine

Hello, I've decided to come back so I need a new routine. So let's start. Ok so there's weel known JP's routine, but it's not good for me because from all those kegels when stretching I get too erect. Then there's DLD's routine it's too much confusing with all those Between The Cheeks strectres and other stuff so I don't want it either. I've realyl liked PESG's routine but whats next? And he haven't even wrote how many sets of strething should I do. Also there're kingpole's and goingfor11by7's routines but if no one is going to write them clearly like JP or DLD did I don't know them. Also is there Big Al's routine?

Why not build your own? You know all the exercises, you know what you want to do and what will and will not work for you. The whole point behind a routine is that it becomes routine. Pick a plan and sick with it. Who knows yours might be the next one others decide to follow!
