Its going to be far from exact. However, a tall person losing 30 pounds will be much different than a short one. The same way a 400 pound person losing 30 pounds will be different than a 200 pound person.

We dont lose the weight evenly all over, but we lose it as a percentage. The body fat % is an average of many different places on the body. Therefore we will not loose the 2 inches all over, but the percentage of fat we loose compared to what was already there should be relatively uniform.
