    Hey. I'm still new to jelqing and penile enlargement, but today I was jelqing and I think my grip was too hard. Towards the end of my workout I got a little discomfort in the lower half of my penis, but I didn't really notice it until I was just about done/done. It's really hard to explain.. It's been 19 minutes since my session ended and the discomfort is juuuuuust about completely gone.

    So after this day I'm supposed to have 2 days off.. should I take a few more days to ensure I don't hurt myself? I think I might be getting paranoid, though.

    Once your two days of rest is up, if you still have discomfort or feel any pain/discomfort upon starting again, stop and take even more rest.

    Just make sure you use less force next time. And definitely stop if you experience discomfort a second time.

    Generally in my experience the first signs of injury occur during your workout. These are warnings. If you ignore these and continue to workout you'll start to see a drop off in your PIs. For myself personally, I usually see a slight loss in gains before I start noticing bad PIs like turtling or a drop in EQ.

    what they said, If you dont hurt after two days your good and if you are in any discomfort stop immediately and live to yank another day, stay safe and best wishes.

    OK, thanks for the input. You know, I might just take 2 extra days off just in case. Or is that totally unnecessary?
