    Ok, so when I get fully erect, my penis points at about 11 o clock ( almost vertical) and when I push it down passed 9 o clock position it almost hurts, in fact I'm scared to push it down to a 6 o clock position. Does this possibly correlate to tight ligs?

    I have the same problem hanging will stretch the ligs but i think the best option is Lazy Ass Stretches, I do them for 1-1.5 hours everyday and although my cock points straight up it is now able to be pushed to the 9 o clock position instead of my old 10:30-11:00 limit.

    Yeah man, probably. My penis used to be the same as yours. I stretched straight down a lot, and I think I got good gains from that as my ligs loosened. Now my penis when erect still points up at 11 o'clock, but when I straighten it there is no pain, just a bit of pressure.

    That's where I think I got my 0.5'' gain from too because when I measured before I had to measure it at 11:00 position and now when I measure I do it at 9:00.

    I have the same problem and I agree with the LAS. Also, I tried an extender which didn't really help. Hanging, however, has started to help a bit. I also am trying a lot of helicopter shakes during my PE session (when semi-erect) but we'll see what happens.
