I had trouble hanging in the beginning (about 4 months ago) because i couldn't figure out the slippage issue i was having. It made hangin a problem. But I figured it out how to put a wrap on comfortably. Anyway, i have had some success hanging and have increased weight a lot. I'm up to 24 1/4 lbs now. It doesn't hurt and it isn't uncomfortable. I hang basically once a day for 20 minutes (I find it hard to find enough time to do it more).
Does anyone have any tips on anything else I should be doing? Maybe some jelqs? When should i do them?
Should I hang more often? 2 times a day? O yeah, with hanging, where should my clamp be located? It is pretty close to my head but not right on it.
Thanks for the help. Anything that will help to process go a lil quicker would be awesome.

hi, you should increase to 2 sets a day for week, then 3 sets, work up to as many sets as you can fit into your scedule. dont increase the weight though while your incresaing sets.
i tend yo keagle,jelque, pump and stretch as an accompaniment to my hanging. but only as and when i can. dont over do it.
as for your slippage problem your wrap and hanger arent tight enough. your hanger when weighted should sit behind the glans and not slip over. so by the sounds of what you described, your hanger is sitting in the correct place.

I have seen gains heavy hanging for 20mins with my muzzle hanger once a day, 2 days on, 1 day off

I use a large cable clamp (the blue one), so little slipping, but heavier weights may damage floor so becareful.
Also i wrap before i put on the muzzle hanger, attach the hanger, then wrap again, then clamp.
I stopped at 20lbs because my gf complained that i was getting to big.
Started at 8lbs and increase by 2.75lbs every two weeks.

woo almost 25lbs, I just started about 3 weeks ago and I'm at 5lbs
