  • I really want girth!!!

    Hey guys. I have been doing PE excercises for 10 months. I am still performing the beginner's routine and I have reached a plateau, so I was thinking to take my work-out to the next level. Although I have gained 0.5" in length (from 6.875" to 7.375" BPEL) which is really satisfying, I haven't gained anything in girth, which remains at 4.5".
    I would like to ask the experienced members if they could suggest a girth-based routine for the next months. I don't want to lose any gains in length of course while performing the new routine!
    I am really interested in Ulis and clamping.(By the way i don't want to by any devices so is it possible to make your own clamper?_

    So, any suggestions guys?
    BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
    EG: 4.5"+0.315"

    30/8/10: 6.875x4.5"
    25/5/11: 7.375x4.5"
    1/4/12: 7.375x4.815"
    4/6/12: 7.5x4.815"

    Short Term Goal:7.5X5

    Long Term Goal:8x6

    10 months and you still doing beginners routine? I think you should focus on some more girth exercises like Uli's and V-jelqs for width. And it is important not to stop doing your length exercises in order to keep your length.

    Starting Girth - 4.7/12 cm MSG

    Current Length - 7.1/18 cm NBEL 19.7 cm/7.7 BPEL
    Current Girth - 4.8/12.3 cm MSG

      I came up with the following routine:

      manual streches with kegels
      2 circle streches
      5 min jelqing
      7 min V-jelqs
      2 Ulis (30-60 sec)

      Do you think I should add more time or intensity for now?

        have you ever heard of anybody gaining more then 2 inches of girth?

          O bends are great for girth. I gained. 25" my 1st month using them.
          CURRENT: 6.75" x 5.5"
          GOAL: 7" x 6"

                Add more time to the jelqs (jelq at about 70-90% erect as well). They may be basic but they work.

                          I just read the technique for O bends and I decided to give it a try. Thanks for the feedback guys, you helped me very much. This is my routine:

                          streching

                          4 flaccid bends
                          2 O bends
                          BPEL: 6.875"+0.625"
                          EG: 4.5"+0.315"

                            Add in a pump that's what I am trying, bathmates are mad expensive I'm using an air pump i got at a sex store nearby and I'm lovin it so far
