Hey guys. I have been doing PE excercises for 10 months. I am still performing the beginner's routine and I have reached a plateau, so I was thinking to take my work-out to the next level. Although I have gained 0.5" in length (from 6.875" to 7.375" BPEL) which is really satisfying, I haven't gained anything in girth, which remains at 4.5".
I would like to ask the experienced members if they could suggest a girth-based routine for the next months. I don't want to lose any gains in length of course while performing the new routine!
I am really interested in Ulis and clamping.(By the way i don't want to by any devices so is it possible to make your own clamper?_
