So, I've been pumping with a Bathmate for nearly six months now. I've gained 1/4 inch in erect girth that seems to be permanent. That's cool, but I think I got that in the first six to eight weeks of pumping. I seem to have stalled since then. At first I was pumping almost every day, but then switched to every other day. I'm really wondering about workout frequency now. Did I gain at first because I was pumping so often? Pumping every day seemed to really leave my dick fatigued feeling, but now I'm considering going back to it. Or maybe two on one off or two on two off. Anyone have any suggestions on frequency of girth focused workouts? Any theories on why you think more or less frequent workouts produce better gains?

u need to rest. Even though the Bathmate instructions said it can be used daily, if youre doing other exercises or just losing postive indicators, its better to rest and let it heal a bit then try to gain crazy overnight. slow permenant growth beats fast growth thten injuries that reduce gains and functionality.09
girth 5.5 in
BPEL -7.5 in
NBPEL - 6,8 in
NBPEL- 8In (9.5 the max)
Girth- 6in max

As far as positive physical indicators go, I wake with a boner almost every morning. If I don't, I will take that day off. I went at it pretty good this morning, but had taken the two days before off. Sitting on the fence about working out/pumping tomorrow. But I'm fairly confident that if I go to bed by 11:00, I will wake up with a really solid boner. In which case I will likely pump.
