Thread: Not sure what to do...

So i know you all have seen these posts before, and im really not looking to bore anyone with my troubles but for those of you who have troubles (we all do) sometimes you just have to ask for help. Im having a very difficult time staying motivated and even wanting to explore this forum.
Like all of you here, i am very unsatisfied with what i have and i came here with big goals of making improvements. Recently i've had a Hard Flaccid problem (jelqing too hard and possibly held a kegel through a stretch creating pelvic floor tension). Although it was mild and seems to be getting better each week, i get this overwhelming feeling from PEGym members that i talk to that they suggest i should never do PE again I can't just quit, im not a quiter. I won't mention names but they want me to be a quiter. I've been off PE for 24 days now and im taking all the precautionary steps towards healing. I just need some help and support. I feel like from what people say i had ONE shot at PE and i blew it...as a beginner i made an understandable mistake and now i don't get another chance Knowing that there are guys just like me that are reaching their goals makes me so damn jealous. I may be a little obsessive, but aren't we all at some point?
I'd appreciate if anyone is willing to share a success story with me to get my spirit back up. Maybe one about coming back from an injury and gains you've made. Do you really think that you can injure yourself permanently by over-jelqing and kegaling too hard? I know many people feel that way but I don't give much credence to that line of thought. Have you ever been kicked in the balls? I have many times and there is no way that a jelq or kegal can cause the damage a good kick will do unless you're jelqing with a hammer. The body is an amazing thing and it's capacity to heal is tremendous. Unless you purposely tried to hurt yourself I don't think any permanent injury can come from over stressing things a bit.What we don't do is give the body the time it needs to heal. Rest, hot soaking baths, not playing with the guy and then waiting 2-3 weeks after you feel normal should do the trick. I bet you that you will be fine.Valued Member of 6 years at the PEGym

First I'm no expert by any means...
However, there is plenty of support and motivation if you know where to look. One thing to remember, these people are not you, only you can determine if you want to quit or not. Do your research, take your time, get back into it.

Don't take the there is only 1 shot @ PE BS. It's a life-long journey and you barely started.
Give it a month of rest, and just start over again. No big deal.AP90 member.

"i am very unsatisfied with what i have" What better motivation to come back and try it again? I don't do all the jelqing and exercises so I probably shouldn't have posted. I can tell you that I have seen significant gains without all the exercising. Will they become permanent? I hope so. If I loose them after slowly backing off my time in the extender you bet I will be back here jelqing my little schlong till it falls off. If you are worried about jelqing try another method. I use an extender for length. I have a Bathmate I tried for girth. I gained girth when using it. I have stopped using it until I am happy with my length. Then I plan to go back and start the girth over again while working to cement the length gains. This way I am not overdoing it by trying to do length and girth at the same time. I have been extending pretty hardcore lately for the gains. Check out post 25 I have a before picture and a semi recent photo along with a log of extending times day by day. It shows measurements every 7 days on the left side of the pdf. My current NBPEL is 6.25" with a flaccid on 5.5" I started with a NBPEL of 5.125" and a flaccid of 4.5" just 44 days ago. If you were injured in Soccer and had to sit the bench for 3 weeks while your injury healed, would you still want to play in the semi finals or playoffs once you were better? Of course!
