Thread: Minimize loss

Hello, I'm currently in the middle of JP90 routine. I'm working from home so until now I've had the time to perform PE, without my gf (who I'm living with) knowing.
In less than a week I'm going to start working (for 2 months) at some place, and I fear I won't have to time to perform PE (it would be difficult to find an excuse to stay in the bathroom fro half an hour, in the evening, with my gf around).
Basically I won't be able to stick to the JP90 routine, so I'm wondering which practice and/or exercises I could do to try to keep the "damage" as little as possible. I mean exercises that can be done without warm up (impossible at work) and that can be performed several times over a day for short times. Kind of mantainance for desperate folks ah ah
I'm thinking of kegels (of course), then fowlers ... well, some stretches and helicopter shakes when going to the bathroom?

You could still do JP's 90 day routine with a hot shower for a warm up or you can do fowfers for a warm up and then do your workouts after your girlfriend falls asleep...Or maybe even wake up an hour earlier and get done before you go to work.If you don't want to date me - that's fine, I get that, but you're wrong and I hate you.
It is that big, deal with it, I've got an Ed Helms.

In fact, I was about to ask: is a hot shower enough to warm up? I usually do warm up with a glass of hot water (changing the water every 5 mins, when it gets cold) and wait from 10 to 20 minutes (when I have time).
I think I'm gonna make so many kegels, I'll be able to write down my biography using my weener

I would try to sneek in stretches every time I went to the can and then even if you can only do 15 or 20 jelques once or twice a day I would imagine you at least stay the same size as you have achieved at that point. Maintaining where you are at takes alot less of a work out then gaining requires. I truly think if you get whatever you can in you should be fine, just dont be dissapointed if you dont gain. As far as warm ups go, there are many who dont believ in them and do do them at all. I like a warm up before PE but if I just couldnt do one I would still do what ever workout I could get in, just start slowly, stretch lightly at first. I think the fowfer idea as posted above is the way to go on that.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
