  • My summer workout

    I'm going to be drafted into my country's defence forces in about a month or so, so I decidded to make to make myself an intensive workout routine for the upcoming June. After that I'll do a cementing routine.

    I'm gonna be doing a different routine every other week, so here's how it'll go down:

    Weeks 1/3/5:
    2 days on, 1 day off


    10 min warm up + 20 JAI Stretches
    - 15/17/20 min Jelq + kegels
    10 min warm up + 20 JAI Stretches
    - 13/15/17 min basic stretch + kegels
    5 min cool down + 20 JAI Stretches

    + 100/120/140 kegels
    + as many Stop & Starts as possible during the day + after every time I take a piss, 10 JAI Stretches

    Weeks 2/4/6:
    1 day on, 1 off


    10 min warm up + 20 JAI Stretches
    - 11/13/15 min Bathmate + Kegels
    10 min warm up + 20 JAI Stretches
    - 10/12/14 min Basic Stretches + Kegels
    5 min cool down + 20 JAI Stretches

    + 110/130/150 kegels
    + same thing with Stop/Starts & pissing

    after this, I'll be doing a cementing routine so if anyone has any suggestions/links for a good one, let me know, k ?

      So I'm guessing you're trying to put some length on, right?
      Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
      Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG

        Length yes, but some girth too, while I'm at it. But you're right, length is a bit of main focus for this routine. Any thoughts?

              So i do bed fowfers after every workout/some other time? how many would be good and when should i do them? what about erection levels?
