Thats what I meant dude. Im not really into taking much supplements, I only take a protein shake mixed with a weight gainer which I need as I loose weight super fast and is pretty hard for me to gain some. But for example, if collagen is so important in this penis growing thing, then I will look forward to have collagen or whatever produces collagen in my diet. Is there anything I can eat that has collagen or a collagen production booster?
Also, thank you all of you guys with positive imputs!

Collagen=protein, but your growth is probably not dependent on tissue growth, but stretching existing tissue. When you stretch you do not just widen the tissue you also damage it. When the tissue repairs it overcompensates the damage and we have some tissue growth. Whether or not this is positive for penis growth is uncertain (for me). As your erect penis size mostly is limited of how much blood you have room for…

This is exactly what I am trying to find out, but in the penis instead of muscle. After we give our penis the "message to grow", what supplies does it needs to do so.
Exactly, now the question would be, what "materials" (as bricks and cement to build a wall) does the damaged tissue will use to build some more tissue?

Your body is pretty smart. If you just give it a balanced diet all that the body needs is there. It will take from food exactly what it needs and it does it all by itself. Give your body the basics of what it needs and let it do the rest. All the searching to give the body extra of what it needs is useless. The body takes what it needs and a balanced diet provides that. Supplement are for those that don't get enough of what the body needs. Let's say you take 1000mg of l-arginnie. How much does the body really need? It may not need any of what you're taking if your eating a healthy diet so the rest gets discarded somewhere. There are no studies that I am aware of that show that even extra protein will help build muscle better in comparrison with a healthy diet.

Makes sense. Now, what would be a so called healthy diet? I mean what nutrients do I have to make sure I eat?

I agree with Cusp in that your body knows much better what it needs than we could ever pinpoint ourselves. A healthy, balanced diet and lots of water are probably the best things you can do to provide your body with the materials it needs to do what it does on its own. I have been using Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate and Magnesium Chloride topically (not at the same time) as supplements to PE. I don't have time to explain how and why they are good, but you can take my word for it or research it yourself. I'm in the middle of writing an article which I'll post sometime soon detailing the things we can do to aid our bodies in the healing process.

Um fruit, veggies, protein ( a good steak will help) , a good muttivitamin for the days you're eating at Burger King. Maybe throw in some good fish and if you're not a fish eater get some omega 3 capsules. You get the picture don't you?

Take a look at the labels on the food you eat at the nutrition information, specifically the RDA and base it around your day to day activities and body makeup. If you have no clue about what you're taking in, what you need, and what's going on, see a nutritionist.
You don't want to eat things that are nothing but bad fats and carbs with no nutrients, proteins, etc. Just eat healthy. Like was said earlier, nothing is scientifically or medically known to date to make the penile tissue grow that can be ingested orally. The best you can do is be healthy and eat healthy.

I'll take your word. How do I take those? Have they worked for you? Thanks dude!
Yea thats basically what I try to eat, fruits, meat, pasta, as much protein as I can in foods, then a regular protein shake. I try to avoid fast food by all meanings, unless its sort of an emergency.
I do got the pic, thanks for the tips!
Also, lets say this "emergency" of my having to grab some fast food.. what would be the best option based on nutrition? Like if I havent eat anything and I have no time, Im on the go and need to go the rive-thru way. What would be the less bad option?

Getting a salad would be the least bad option. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, maybe even Checkers, all have salads.
