Good question. Let's think about this ... your penis is mostly skin, connective tissue, and ligaments. Ok. Essential fatty acids (fish oil) is wonderful for healing skin. So that might help your skin heal quicker. Connective tissue and ligaments are basically collagen. Therefore something that heals collagen would help. So I'd imagine taking glucosamine/chondriotin sulphate would help your dick ligaments heal quicker. Makes sense?

Along with a healthy diet and adequate water intake a protein supplement seems to help, get one with all the amino acids that body builders use (I'm also working out) a light dose of glutimate seems to help now that I'm kegeling much much more, vits and mins, fish oil, co q 10 and an andro boost are what I'm taking, up half an inch in pull length and bpel in a month!

Hey bud, Im working out too, Im starting my 3rd year at the gym. I take Multi Vit, Fish oil, weight gainer with 60g of mixed proteins and glutamine, creatine with a lot of water.
I didnt get the part where you wrote "co q 10".
I think I have found something I wanted to share with guys who are working out.
Im doing strength training, following an advanced routine that started as the famous SL 5x5. It works miracles, at least it did for me. Anyways, my routine has weight increments pretty much every gym day, keeping you motivated to achieve a new PR next time.
At the beginning it was awesome, but now that I am on the edge of my muscle capabilities it is not funny anymore. So I started taking a pre workout. I wont name it cause then people think Im trying to sell something. Anyways, its a very well known one.
So, to the point. After manual PE I finish with bathmate.
I tried to do PE right after I got back from the gym, just to try. I had a great workout! Bathmate new PR.
I said I may have found something because I only do PE twice a week, sometimes 3 times per week. I do intense workouts because I have over a year of PE. What I have found is the following, which I think was thanks to the "pump" pre workouts, with NO, give you. Before, my unit would stay bigger than normal for about 10 to 20 hours. Specially after bathmate.
Well, its been 3 days already that I dont do PE and I still SEE it bigger. I say see it because in PE gains are pretty small, so to SEE you have to gain enough. I never measure because of this, I want to measure with my eyes.. I think it finnally happened.
I will try that tomorrow again and confirm whether the pre workout is the cause or not.
I also found out that while using bathmate, once you reach the biggest you can go, if you can get horny, and get an erection, then you will be beyond limit, causing a bit of a burning like feeling. Thats a key I believe.
Bathmate is complicated, but once you figure it out its a piece of cake.
NOTE: do not use pornography to achieve erections. It will help you on that, but it will fry your head and cause lifetime damage to you as an individual, pornography is not REAL SEX. Voice of experience here warning you all.Last edited by wantitbigger; 05-01-2013 at 03:46 PM.
