How interesting, so you say, if I were perhaps to pull the penis down for an hour each day and 5 hours forward each day, the only thing I need to do to support the body's healing is to eat right and exercise? I suppose multivitamins are the only thing helpful. Very informational

I think what it is, is..
You do need vitamins, minerals, good blood flow, protein, etc. to produce growth, but..
Think about the type of growth..
I think it's more like "healing" than growing, so basically just being healthy is what you need.
Also, if you were to look at it from a protein perspective, think about how much growth we are talking about here.
This is all micro tears, and fractions of inches in months. These are tiny tiny gains per day. I can imagine that amount of growth, if it required protein, would be in the milligram range, and a cup of milk has like 7 grams of protein.

Makes sense Boa.. I am staying healthy and exercising. I thought maybe having extra intake of a specific susbtance may help gain quicker.

Any kind of extra nutrition required for penile repair is likely to be minimal. As some of the other members have posted, making sure that the rest of your diet is good should be enough.

Actually dude, I think what you're saying would work, but in a different perspective..
What I mean is, if you add things to your diet that speed up your metabolism, increase overall health and healing, and improve your rest, these should all, theoretically, translate into your Pe recovery in rest and healing.
For example, certain foods like kiwi's and turkey contain things like tryptophan and serotonin..which are substances known to help a person sleep well. If you can have a more peaceful, restful, steady, undisturbed, and comfortable sleep throughout the night, better it would be on the body's healing mechanism during sleep.start: aug 1 2013

I have neither enough experience nor sufficient knowledge in the field of penis growth, but I've been hitting the gym on and off for quiet a while and spent a lot of money on supplements I figured out I was already getting through my diet anyway. Anything you need, I mean ANYTHING can be acquired through a healthy diet: just do a google search on the nutrients your body needs and you will find out that it exists in abundance in the food you consume everyday.
Supplements are a waste of money! Do a search and if you're 100% sure that you are not getting enough of something then make sure to make it a part of your diet. If that's not an option, which I seriously doubt, THEN try supplements. If someone's not gaining, my bet is his either doing something wrong or just needs more time. It need not always be due to lack of nutrients.

Adding to that I have noticed some renewed controversy in the news lately whether or not your body even uses supplements that aren't consumed in the form of food. Personally I think taking pills to get nutrients is far less effective than through food. Contrary to that statement my wife and I have been taking Nature Made chewable vitamin C tablets with dinner for the last 3-4 months. Recently we were both surrounded by sick people at home and work and neither of us got sick. We both perceived what we thought were are bodies fighting it off though. Vitamin C isn't stored in the body so maybe that's why it works well and others don't? C is also supposed to be an important part of healing

I took zinc tabs before and could feel the effects ALOT..
I've taken penis pills and they do work, for EQ.
But I do stand by the notion that food form will always be best.start: aug 1 2013
