  • How would i include hanging in my routine?

    For the past few weeks I have been considering hanging with the sock hanger and I would like to know how I would introduce it to my routine.

    Currently my workout is:

    10-15 minute warm up with rice sock
    2 sets of streching in each direction with big circles and hellis
    5 minutes of low erection jelqing 30-40%
    5-10 Supra Slammers
    5 minutes of higher erection jelqing 60-70%
    and I finish with 20 minutes of edging and 10 minute warm down

    Would I do my hanging in between my other excersises or should I do them seperate from my routine?

    First do hanging routine in the morning, then follow by your normal routine.

      Like three sets of 15 minutes with 10 minutes in between?

        I would hang 15-20 mins for 2-3 sets first couple weeks at maybe 2.5lbs with 10 min breaks in between. Do helicopters on ur breaks. I would end with a light jelq session. The key to hanging is to make sure your consistent, if not your ligs will actually get stronger and make enlarging your penis even harder. If you really like hanging I would invest in a bib hanger, money well spent for me. Good luck!
