For the past few weeks I have been considering hanging with the sock hanger and I would like to know how I would introduce it to my routine.
Currently my workout is:
10-15 minute warm up with rice sock
2 sets of streching in each direction with big circles and hellis
5 minutes of low erection jelqing 30-40%
5-10 Supra Slammers
5 minutes of higher erection jelqing 60-70%
and I finish with 20 minutes of edging and 10 minute warm down
Would I do my hanging in between my other excersises or should I do them seperate from my routine?
