    Hello!

    I'm a newbie to Penis Enlargement techniques, but I have looked through many of the exercises here.

    My Issue:
    My Flaccid Penis is weird, it ranges severely from about 1.5 inches to 4 inches, with a prominence on the 1.5 side.
    There doesn't seem to be any link to the size, not exercise or time of day.
    Note, the 4 inch isn't my Semi-Erect State.

    My Erect, I am happy with at around 6.2 inches. Enlargening this isn't my main focus.

    My Question:
    Is there any specific exercise or range of exercises that will help my Flaccid Penis tend towards the 4 inch state, and minimise the time when I am about 1.5 small?

    Well, do you eat well, workout, what kind of climate do you live in?
    Gotta be more specific.
    Mine varies.... through PE it has gone from 3.5" to 5.5".

    If you work, your wee wee might shrink up if you do manual labor.... really anything that requires extra blood for muscles and organs will steal blood from your weener.

          Cuspie's absolutely right!! Bed fowfers keep mine at 7.5" x 6.5". It used to be 4" x 5".

            Many suggest bed fowfers, but I strongly argue that the Lazy Ass Stretch is much better for both flaccid hang length and flaccid hang angle.

                I live in the South of England... So medium temperatures (15-20 ish Celsius)
                But I don't do particularly heavy work, but I do exercise frequently.

                I am attempting the LAS as we speak, and will try the Bed Fowfers tonight!


                Question, though... In my 1.5 inch state, would the Penis be too small for this to work properly?

                  Nope, in both cases you wanna stretch the thing out.

                  I bring my legs up to my chest and tuck my weener in between them. Stretching out as far as I can before I shut my legs. Then I straighten my legs out with my weener still stretched and between them. You'll feel a nice easy stretch and be amazed at how far down your legs you get it.

                    I won't comment on which is better, but even if I am not currently doing a routine I hit the bed fowfers and LAS. Hey the name says it all you do them in bed or they are lazy, really easy quick exercises. Have you been doing a full routine? My flaccid responded very well to a manual routine. It stayed at its biggest flaccid size most of the time, rather than most of the time at the smallest.

                      From the description, I can't tell the difference between a LAS and fowfer other than one is seated and one is in bed? I'm hella newb, but we need some more descriptive names. Like a posterior glute-assisted stretch or something.

                        LAS's you bring your weener to your buttcrack basically. Fowfers you tuck between the legs.

                            Oh I was confused. I was thinking of JAI stretches. every time you use the bathroom you Gently pull your penis outwards for two seconds. let it rest for two and repeat this for around ten reps.
