  • How often should I edge?

    Doing a 2 days off - 1 day on Girth Routine, I don't edge on the day I do the routine (no time). Should I do it on both days afterwards, or only one of them? And if so, which one?
    08/11/09: 7" BPEL (6.5" NBPEL) x 5" EG
    Recent:
    8" BPEL (7.5" NBPEL) x 5" EG
    Goal: 1' BPEL x 6" MEG

    Why don't you edge at a completely different time of day, for example, late in the evening? That way you can make your edging session much longer and much more productive.

      Do it when you have time, mornings or evenings or whenever. You can't really overdo edging

        That is just plain wrong

        Last week i edged for 40 minuts more then i use to after my normal routine, i also edged on my off day, that resulted in so much soreness that i had to take a whole week of from pe.

        I couldent even get a prober erect that week because i was so sore.

        Edge is a mild form of PE period , if the total workload becomes to much your penis will hurt and not grow it will get smaller.

          i dont understand how edging makes your penis larger.... when i jerk off to porn i usually stop once i feel the cum for like 5 times but i never knew it was an exercise... also... sometimes when i masturbate i just dry jerk off with no lube so i never rly get a 100% erection.,... my ques is do u need to have a 100% erection for edging to work?

            Well, paying attention to how your penis is responding should always come first before any pre-planned routine. If it seems fatigued, then do without edging for a day or two. Also, I think the consensus is that days off should be complete days off from any type of activity including edging.

            I think the theory behind edging is that it keeps your penis in a more expanded state for a longer period of time which will help with gains. I would guess that the more erect you are while edging, the more effective the session will be overall, but some edging is still probably effective even at a lower erection level. Again though, you can overdo it so I would only edge if you think your penis can handle it and won't put too much stress on it.

            My goals mainly revolve around developing high EQ erections that last during sex.

              I would never use edging to prepare my penis for jelqing or stretching. I would use a hot wrap warm-up--more time consuming and messier, but MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE.

              Edging or ballooning is a powerful exercise which deserves its own time and space. Like any penis enlargement exercise, it must be approached carefully and slowly, building up over a long period of time if your penis is not fully conditioned.

              Once your penis is fully conditioned and it starts to understand (yes, the penis has a mind of its own) that you are not going to jack off or "pop," as I call it, you will be able to edge or balloon longer and longer.

              My edging sessions have lasted anywhere from a brief half hour to up to two hours--sometimes longer. The result has been temporary length and girth increases I never dreamed I could achieve.

              Like all p.e. exercies, edging should complement your other approaches to penis enlargement/enhancement.

                I stopped edging since 4 weeks and got harder errections because of it. I'm not sure if that is weird or not, but I'm not sure if people should edge..

                    That really depends on your personal EQ during edging and the condition of your penis. I'm like you in that even after a rigorous workout the night before, I can edge with no discomfort or lack of EQ in the morning and then submit my John Thomas to another brutal workout in the evening. My junk seems to be so resilient that I'm almost tempted to purposefully overtrain just to find my threshold so I can maximize my workload. Other guys will absolutely not have the same experience. They could easily put undue stress on their members and undermine their hard work and dedication. Adaptive dynamic PE is the best and safest way to gains, in my opinion.

                        I totally agree. Maybe I shouldn't have said you can't really overdo it, because you can overdo anything. Generally though edging is one of the safest PE exercises. As Rando said, following a routine without paying any regard to what your body's trying to tell you is not the way to go.
