  • Warm-up without any water?

    Hi fellow PE'ers!
    I wonder if it's fine to do a dry warm-up, that'll say without any hot water involved?

    Yes. Get a sock, fill it with dry rice. Microwave it until it's hot but won't burn your skin. That's a good hot wrap.
    To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

        Many times. Almost everyone here will recommend the rice sock method.

          I use an electric heating pad and wrap the entire area making sure heat is applied uner the scrotom area where the base ligaments are. Rice socks are good, but don't cover enough of the surrounding areas in my opinion.
