  • Couple Questions

    1. Does jelquing too hard cause you lose girth or not gain at all. Can it also bring down your EQ if jelquing too hard. What force do you recommend? Sometimes my erection arent at its full potential

    2. Stretches arent part of my routine because when i used to stretch the tip(under the gland and the head) of my penis gets skinny and it restricts (assumption) for me gaining girth under the head of my penis. Is there an exercise i can do to gain girth from the mid shaft right to the head?(my base is thick but as i go further up it skinny

    3. When i wake i dont usually have time to warm with a cloth because i have to get ready in no time. Will i see gains without doing this?

    4. I notice when i have erections now my penis kinda hangs down. What causes this and can it be corrected?

    1. Yes, it's been said that you should pretend that your dick is an egg, and your goal is to not crack the shell. You can always increase the intensity if your PI's are good.

    2. Focusing your jelqing more on the upper part (skinnier part) of your penis should help.

    3. You may or may not. I highly recommend finding the time to warm up, even if you have to shorten the rest of your routine.

    4. Your ligaments may be looser, or your EQ may not be as high from gaining length (it's common). You should check out kegels, they are excellent for improving EQ (erection quality).

      I understand the intent, but have you ever tried to crack an egg with your hand? It's not that easy, I think you would do some damage to yourself at that pressure. I suppose the idea is use as much pressure as you imagine it would take to crack an egg.

          its hard but does not point straight out... is it that when you are at certain length erected its possible for it to be pointing straight out instead of weighing down little?

            hks, guys with heavier dicks often seem to point out at a slightly lower angle than straight out (source: porn). But, I know for a fact that kegels can help raise the dick back up (my angle used to point towards the ground more).

              How intense or firm your grip and the net results are individual in nature. My girth program is very intense and I have had decent gains. I am also injury free. However, what works for one may or may not work for another. You need to experiment and find out what is right for yourself. Bottom line though is that there are guys with feather grips right up to iron grips that are working for them. I start off slow then intensify my grip and stroke - but that is my only warm up. If your johnson is as hard as it used to be, don't give it a thought. If you aren't as hard as before, then maybe you need a break to let your pride and joy recover a little.
