Thread: Girth girth girth! Help!

Hey guys, need some help. Been peing for about 10 months now. I hit a wall I think and need some advice. I've read countless threads and theories but would like some insight from ya'll. My tunica is my limiting factor. I have a EQ of 10 most the time. Right now I want more GIRTH! My question is, what should I do to break through my limiting factor and start gaining some girth. From what I understand that the tunica is what size really comes from. What kinda manual exercises should I focus on? I have clamped a little but not really got into a routine with it bc ive heard thats for guys with smooth muscle limiting factor, that all it will do is fill the tunica to its limit, then you run into my problem. Please correct me if im wrong. Should I look into hanging, maybe that will help my tunica? I'm conditioned very good so I'm good as far as advanced techniques. Any insight would be great. Thanks

MSEG= 5.25"

thanks man. i read about those and i have done a few. real intense when done right. will that help stretch my tunica out?

here is another viewpoint, i heard from a really good senior member, cant remember who it was now, was a while ago:
he said that because you have hit your wall your tunica needs time to relax- instead focus on the rough muscle and go for length,doesnt have to be a big workout if you dont really want length, but the key is to relax your tunica, keep doing a few girth exercises though to maintain your gains.
After a few weeks go back onto a girth based routine and you will possibly get gains again!

thanks everyone for the info. i think ill lay off girth work for a few weeks and go back with some super slammers. i tried super slammers before but not for long. and does anyone know if hanging will help work the tunica? if so, what angles? never have hung before, so ill be new to it. oh and nice gains guys. looks like ya'll have a good workout. if ya'll care to share, id like to hear your workout?
