Ive been doing pe a lil off and on over the last year or so. I just started up again about two weeks ago. I'm doing :

10min rice sock warm up
5 min stretching in all directions with 25 kegels in each direction
60 3 sec reps with jelq device. 60-80% erection during both jelqs
50 2-3 sec reps of wet jelqs
10 min rice sock for cool down

Is this too much or too little for a beginner? Because I'm not seeing positive or negative pi's. Please give me your input. I'm also waiting for an x4 extender in the mail. Should be here within a week. Then trying to add it to my routine. So also some input into how much time I should wear that after my manual routine. Thnx
