    so i took a long stretch off of pe after a back injury and my gf was living with me so i had no space to do it.. but im back now and tyring to get a set routine in.. not getting enough excercises in but working on it.. got a 6 3/4 bpel reading today and a little over 6 nbpel.. so im getting back to where i was.. my flaccid isn't as big right now as it was a week or two ago prolly because im not working out enough.. i do a couple of superslammers whenever i masturbate which seems to be helping.. my current problem is it seems that after i get an initial good pump going as i continue to work it seems my shaft gets extremely hard but loses some of its girth and cuts off blood flow to the head.. i dunno what this could mean or how to address it.

    i remember when i was doing pe all the time i determined my tunica was my limiting factor.. i do the tunica tug for 3 times for 30 seconds everytime i stretch but i dunno where to go from here.. i've also noticed my internal stretch doesn't let me pull as far as before.. im thinking this might be a result of the supraslammers i've been doing because when i kegel during that i kegel very hard for extended periods so it feels tight down there.

    its like my dick got tough all the sudden instead of staying puffy and engorgeable.. help/advice appreciated thanks guys.

    You might be gripping too hard. Maybe do some helis and re-warm during (fowfers should do the trick).
