    I've tried JP 90's routine a few time, when I first got into PE I was too egar and injured myself. I finally committed to the full 90 days after a few attempts, and have no gains to show for it-though my erection quality does seem better. I see plenty of people on here saying pe works for them, but I haven't found any pictures-just testimonies. Does any one have proof of their gains they could maybe links as motivation, like a picture next to a rule before, and after, as defenitive proof. Or any advice from others that have tried JP 90's without success and did something differently that worked?

    PE isn't going to work over night - it is a slow process. You probably won't see anything until you have done at least 3 weeks to a month of consistent PE. After 3 weeks you should at least notice an improvement in EQ. You may gain nothing from JP's 90 day program (however unlikely), as you, like me, are still conditioning for more advanced exercises.

    That thread Banana posted is evidence enough I think that PE works.

    I'm too embarrassed by my starting stats to post any Pre-PE pics. When I got something to be proud of, then, and only then, will I post photos.

    You are not alone in that. A lot of guys feel that way and most of us start out just wanting to try it and see what we think before committing to a long term program.

    I unfortunately do not have any before pictures although I can absolutely assure you that the gains I have are real and it has been an 18 month journey but after pictures are documented.

    Thanks. Yeah, my girth is nice, but it makes my dick look A LOT shorter than it actually is. Sometimes it just looks "stubby". I took pics when I started for my own reference point. You just gotta make a leap of faith and try it. Nothing to lose and only inches to gain!
