Thread: anybody use ADS exclusively?

This is my first post here at PEGym. I came across this site several months ago, and the concept of PE has certainly intrigued me. I love online forums and believe a first-person testimonial is always great supporting evidence for anything, and after discovering all the "success stories" here, decided to give PE a try. My intention was to go with the JP90 routine to begin. However, I've encountered an obstacle that I just can't hurdle... time.
I am a graduate student pursuing an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Aside from taking classes, related schoolwork and my GTA work, I also have a second job that I work 25-30 hours a week. Unfortunately, I've found that I absolutely don't have 30-40 minutes to spare almost any day, let alone enough days in a week to establish a routine. To be fair, if I did find that time, I'd actually devote it to more traditional exercises and try to "gain" in more traditional areas first. I'm perfectly happy with my natural endowment and stamina, and I don't have any partners to contradict that, but.... let's face it, a big cock is empowering, and my curiosity is peaked.
Considering I don't want to give up on PE before even starting, and I'm not patient enough to wait a couple years until I graduate to begin, I'm seeking out alternative ideas. To me, it seems the obvious direction to head is to use an ADS device. However, I haven't come across any posts which members use exclusively ADS for PE (and I HAVE searched), so I would like to hear the community's feedback. Anybody out there using ADS exclusively? Are you seeing results (and what kind)? Does anybody else have any better ideas? I'm all ears.

I am also a grad student, which is why I started hanging. That way I can strap it on and study for 20 minutes before taking it off. If you have the privacy, it works. JP90 would be good to do before you start hanging though, otherwise I guess you could start hanging with very light weight, like a pound for a few weeks.Starting Measurements (12/1/10): 5.75 NBPEL, 6 BPEL, 5.25 MSEG

A VacExtender can be used for an hour or two under loose fitting shorts while you are studying. I use the cap and sleeve without the extender as an ADS for up to 6 hours a day under my street clothes. I attach two 8 oz fishing weights to the hook on the cap and let the whole thing dangle down my pants leg. Howeve,r I have always combined ADS with an extender or pumping so I can't comment on making gains with an ADS only.
Fowfers and bed fowfers are the easiest way to get in stealth PE while studying, relaxing, or sleeping.
