Thread: Simple Routine Too Simple?

All you need to know about me: Tunica is my limiting factor for sure, I haven't gained any girth in the year and a half of PE I've done (gained 1.2 inches of length, though), and my main goal is to gain girth (although I don't want to ignore length completely)
Routine (4-5 times a week):
15-20 minute warm up
15 minutes of slow jelqing at 50%-80% erection (about 100 reps)
5 minutes of slow v-jelqing at 50%-80% erection (about 30 reps)
10 minutes of ulis (5 reps at 45-60 seconds each with a minute of rest in between)

If you think your Tunica is your limiting factor, try some Tunica tugs.Current (20/02/2012) - BPEL: 7.3" (+0.8") MEG: 4.6" (+0.3")
Short Term Goal - BPEL: 7.5" MEG: 4.75"
Long Term Goal - BPEL: 8.5" MEG: 5.75"

I don't know, I have been PEing for a year longer than you. Have gained about the same length, and about 1/2 of girth. If you are up to it, I would try some more advanced girth stuff, squeezes and horse 440's. May even the supraslammers.My progress notes

I've read a few threads where people gained from simple routines. I don't want to do complex stuff, so I feel like I should stick to my preferences since it has been proven to work for others. Essentially, I just want my routine to contain basics like jelqing, stretching, ulis, squeezes, etc.
Hmmmm I was thinking of adding a stretch for 5 minutes at the start of the routine. I guess tunica tugs will work.

simple is good, as u dont do a million exercises and focus more.
As a previous poster reccomended, tunica tugs would be a good addition, or maybe "the squeeze' girth exercise.09

A year and a half with zero girth gains and you want to stick to your preferences? While not gaining in the first few months is common, for whatever reason, what you are doing isn't working obviously. Since you don't want to make radical changes perhaps give these a try:

- Was THIS your routine for the last year and a half or this the new one? And what was your old one (if this ain't)?
Thanx...oh and sorry but i DO believe Tunica Tugs also help for girth in additon to Edging! (as far as i know)

If you continue on the same road, you'll end up in the same place. While you may want to keep it simple, your preference for exercises have not yielded what you are looking for. At some point you are going to need to introduce something new. I'd recommend adding tunica tugs, some squeezes, and bends. And while devices may not be something you want to do right now, a Bathmate is a solid choice down the road.

jelqing. Then after like 8 or 9 months I tried adding some girth exercises to my routine since prior to that point I had no intention of gaining girth. I added stuff like the V-stretch, A-stretch, O-bend, squeezes, and ulis. All of which I was highly inconsistent with because for the following 8-9 months I barely had time due to work and university taking up 99% of my time (and the inevitable lazy factor) blah blah blah excuses excuses.
So right now I'm trying to make a good routine that's simple and easy to do 4-5 times a week in attempt to get into the habit, so once university starts up again, I won't be a bum and give up.
I do PE in my bed right before I go to sleep, and do not have access to lube or any devices that are not my hands. For warm ups I just use a cup of warm water that I refill every 2-3 minutes with warmer water.
Sooo with the added knowledge of tunica tugs being good, I guess I'll do something like:
15-20 minutes of warm up
1 set of a 5-way stretch (30 second holds)
3 tunica tugs (30 second holds)
15 minutes of regular dry jelqing (approx 100 reps)
5 minutes of regular dry v-jelqing (approx 30 reps)
3-5 ulis (30-45 second holds)

Hey dude - before I post this, I should say that I don't own a pump nor have I ever used one. However, from what I have heard pumping does wonders for girth (as the name would imply!). If this is financially reasonable and practical for you, I'd look into it. Maybe talk to some of the experienced pumpers on this site?
