I've been doing PE for about 5 or 6 months now; loosely following the beginner's routine. 5 days on 2 off. Between 50-150 jelqs and 30-90 V jelqs. I started off at 4.5 girth and have gotten as high as 5, but it seems like my off days I lose a little girth when I should be growing, and my on days im staying right around 4.9 girth.
Recently, I introduced tunic tugs which are supposed to be great for girth. Doing about a minute and a half to three minutes before my normal routine. The other day I woke up and it was MASSIVE. Then it went back to normal and is staying there. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or have any advice on exercises to add or alter?
Also, I never kegal.. I've always assumed that kegals are mostly for stamina and I'm not lacking in that category. Should I be adding those in?

I recommend a decon break. A week off will do you the world of good. Every penis needs an extended rest every now and again. It should help in your growth.

How do I take a week off without losing all my gains though? I don't want to start all over.

Personally, I've been curious about how many days per week to do PE when doing girth. I'm really used to length workouts which I did up to 4 or 5 times a week, but according to professional PE'ers like kingpole, girth should only be done 2-3 times a week.
Uhh... where was I going... Oh yeah! Don't overdo it, and just be patient. The gains you might be experiencing might just be temporary gains after the workout, so what I suggest is just not to worry about it. Just stay consistent for a month, measure on one of the days you're normal size, and see if you've increased. Chances are you will.

Over the past 2.5 years, that has been my total gain in girth, 4.5 to 4.9 or so at the base. I would suggest a break for a week too. It won't affect your gains at this point and is good for recovery. That being said, not sure if it will fully resolve the lack of girth gains, but can't hurt to try.My progress notes
